A leather satchel, heavy with the weight of a laptop and a passport bearing her photo but a different name— Elena Voss —hung from her shoulder. Her hair was shorter, darker. Her hands were the same, though. The small scar on her left thumb from a broken wine glass in a different lifetime was still there.
