The story follows Tribhuvan Mishra (Manav Kaul), an honest government employee and former Chartered Accountant (CA) exam topper. When a banking crisis freezes his life savings, he enters the world of sex work under the pseudonym "CA Topper" to provide for his family. His side hustle leads him into a dangerous web involving a local gangster, Raja Bhai, whose wife becomes Tribhuvan’s most loyal client.
