Web PI 5.0 only officially supports up to Windows 8 and Windows Server 2012 R2. Fix: Run in Windows 7 compatibility mode. Right-click the bootstrapper → Properties → Compatibility → Run this program in compatibility mode for Windows 7. On Windows 11, use a virtual machine with Windows Server 2012.
