Windows 10/11 blocks unsigned drivers by default. The Xinje driver may not be Microsoft-signed.
Note that many Xinje PLCs use a , which is a USB-to-RS232 adapter with an 8-pin round head for the PLC port. Run the Installation : xinje plc usb driver install
