In Eplan 2.7, this validation is tied heavily to the Product Key Code (e.g., EPLAN PPE, EPLAN Pro Panel). Each module has a specific identifier. The "Validation Code" essentially tells the dongle, "You are now authorized to run module X with feature set Y."
