One of the struggles of indie fighting games is netcode and stability. While earlier versions of SB Catfight were known for being a bit buggy or having loose collision detection, v0.83 is widely regarded as a "stable" build. The hitboxes (the invisible shapes that determine if an attack hits) are much more accurate to the character models than in earlier iterations, reducing frustration during close-range scrambles.
