The camera is on a congested 2.4 GHz WiFi network. Fix: Axis exclusive performance demands 802.1Q VLAN tagging or a wired PoE connection. If you must use WiFi, ensure the camera is on 5 GHz and that "Multicast DNS" is enabled in your router settings.
