This is a famous Windows 10/11 bug. Navigate to Documents\Medal of Honor\Config\ and open MoHSetting.ini . Change Fullscreen = true to Fullscreen = false . Change ResolutionX and ResolutionY to match your desktop (e.g., 1920x1080). Save, then launch the game. Once in menu, re-enable fullscreen.
