The PS4 PKG version of the game is identical to the disc version in terms of graphics and frame rate. However, the "experience" is vastly inferior because you are cut off from the live community. The PS4 server browser for custom games (if accessible via private servers) is nowhere near as active as the official PlayStation Network.
