For everyone else—especially those on modern Apple Silicon Macs or OS versions beyond 2020—trying to force CC 2017 to run is an exercise in frustration. You are better off investing that troubleshooting time into learning the current version of Photoshop (2025/2026) or purchasing a perpetual license for Affinity Photo.

: You cannot officially download CC 2017 directly from the Adobe website as it has been replaced by newer versions like CC 2023 and 2024.

Note: CC 2017 will install on macOS 10.15 (Catalina) or later because Apple dropped support for apps with 32-bit components. Processor : Multicore Intel processor with 64-bit support.
